Thank you, thank you, thank you Edwin Caldwell and you too Rob. If it had not been Edwin's persistence I would not be driving my perfect car. Yes, it is a Prius and I love driving it so much I have already had my 10,000 mile service after buying in May 2013. I am always ready to take a road trip with or without a companion, just me and my Prius. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and expertise and friendliness of Edwin and I might go so far as to say he made spending my money as painless as possible. I appreciate him keeping in touch and being able to answer any question I might have. He even called while on was on two of my road trips to see how things were going. I had a blow out on a tire coming home from Texas and Edwin was the first person I called and of course he answered his phone which was very important at that moment. Edwin keeps encouraging me to name my Prius but that would make it gender specific. I will talk to it daily, like telling it good night when I pull into the garage and thanking it for getting me home safe, but naming it? Now that is just WEIRD. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edwin Caldwell IS the only reason I bought my Prius from Mark Jacobson! No other Salesman can compete with him! He LOVES his job! More importantly he treats Woman and Men equally! I found through my research and visitations to a number of dealers that most salesmen didn't even acknowledge I was there. They insisted on talking with my husband! Edwin's first words were to me! His knowledge on the Level 5 Prius with the Technology Package was Exceptional! No other salesman knew anything about the Tech package. Edwin's communication skills are the best around! I found a new lifetime friend. A friend that cares about me and my car! One who keeps in touch and is available anytime day or night to answer any question that I might have. Also, the presentation of my car was beyond my wildest dreams! Edwin had the car freshly washed and it was shining! It even had a red bow on top! Edwin had drawn a line in front of my car for me to stand and admire it! I did! We took pictures, did the paper work and I even got to ring the bell!! I received a thorough lesson on everything inside and outside of my car. I traveled over an hour to go to Mark Jacobson because they told me they would meet the truecar price that I was given. After getting there, I was informed that they did not have the vehicle that i built they told me they would meet the truecar price that I was given. After getting there, I was informed that they did not have the vehicle that i built on truecar so the salesman, Jeremy, and I sat down and built two Toyota Limited Highlanders that they currently had on their lot using the specifications that was printed off from the Mark Jacobson. Rob Charlier, the lead sales manager, came over several times to tell me that I/we did not built a car that they had on their lot, and that I was using a base model price. He was very difficult and unwilling to place the customer first and listen to what I wanted. He knew that we had built a vehicle that was on their lot but he wanted to haggle and not honor the truecar price - he wasn't even close in price.. I must have told him ten times that, no that is not correct - your salesman and I did create one, correction - two, that are currently on your lot.. It was like hearing a broken record...Rob: You have to build a car that is on our lot that is not a base model; Me: I did build one currently on your lot that is matches the specifications...Rob: You have to build a car that is on our lot that is not a base model; Me: I did build one currently on your lot that is matches the specification. It was a vicious cycle. At the end, I said that I was not sure what the disconnect is; I have built a car on truecar that your business says it will honor the price and you will not even come close to that price, I do not know what you want me to do.. He said, quote-un-quote, Me neither, shook his head and walked off.. At that point, I told Jeremy the salesman, that I did not need to deal with that kind of unprofessionalism and childish behavior and that I would take my business somewhere else. I went right up the road to FRED ANDERSON TOYOTA spoke to salesman JODY and purchased a car for $200 over truecar price - that should tell someone that I was willing to be in and or around truecar price and that ROB CHARLIER was VERY unwilling to work with this customers and ergo lost business for MARK JACOBSON!!! I knew I should have waited with my review until after I had a chance to have my car inspected. Unfortunately, it failed 3 inspection conditions despite them insisting they couldn't put anything on the lot had a chance to have my car inspected. Unfortunately, it failed 3 inspection conditions despite them insisting they couldn't put anything on the lot that didn't pass inspection and upon asking them about it, found that they wouldn't do anything to make it right, they wouldn't even consider having their service department take a look at it because the car was sold "as is". I understood this point when buying the car but thought I was being very reasonable in accepting responsibility for 2 of them and only asking them to take a second look at the power steering pressure line that was leaking. Long story short, the used car manager was out for a day and after they realized that I had them agree to have the 3 day return period on the day I took the car vs. the day I signed the papers, were willing to take it back. Unfortunately, I just moved down here and didn't have much for an alternative so I kept it and then it started running rough on that very drive home so now I really am stuck. So much for thinking I caught a break, so much for thinking I might have been acting too rash, so much for going against my instincts. More

Years ago I had a bad experience here so I was hesitant to come back. This time I was treated awesome. I got in a wreck on a Tuesday and went there to look at cars. Andre took his time to show us the to come back. This time I was treated awesome. I got in a wreck on a Tuesday and went there to look at cars. Andre took his time to show us the different vehicles and to try to show me a car wasn't that bad after only driving a truck the rest of my life (17 years). He didn't pressure me to buy, buy, buy. He showed me what was there and left it at that which I was VERY appreciative for. I did my research and came back on Thursday and waited for Andre as he was dealing with other customers. I wanted to wait for him even though other people volunteered to help me. I'm glad I did. In the span of 3 hours we did a test drive, negotiated the price and finalized all of the paperwork including funding. I picked the car up the following day since I had a rental car to return the car was cleaned and detailed waiting for me. Originally the car didn't have an owners manual and he worked to find me one so that I could have it to learn about my new vehicle. Having seen many different dealers before I must say that I'm very happy with my decision and pleased with my experience! More
My brother and I received excellent service from Mr. Peterson. He was very personable and friendly, very knowledgeable. He was not pushy in any way which we appreciated. He took a generous amount of time with us and did not rush us to make a decision. He answered our questions very well and seemed genuinely pleased to sell us this automobile which, so far, my brother is really enjoying driving. Mr. Peterson also made sure that my brother received instructions on understanding the technology of the car which was much appreciated. More
My previous car I owned was having major issues with brakes and rotors within only two years of owning it. That dealership would not work with me on solving the problem. I was paying a lot for gas and maintenance on a car I only owned for only a little over two years. I did an online application and Charlie Gery contacted me the same day. I told him my situation with my current vehicle and that I wanted cheaper or same as car payments and of course a better car I can depend on! I had to get rid of this car and the maintenance fees I was going to have in the future with the rotors and brakes going out every 12,000. Charlie asked me questions over the phone and got all my information and came up with a payment and trade in for my current car that I was ecstatic about! I was shocked that he was able to do this for me! He told me what colors I could choose from and what I needed to do and to come in to get my car. I went the next day to see Jay Bazooband and was greeted with a friendly smile! He took me to meet Charlie and see my car. Jay went over every detail of the Toyota Camry with me down to how to use the phone and a nice test drive with a great conversation! Back at the dealership we started the paper work. Jay went over the warranty, how to maintain the car, and the wait was not that long before I was taken to meet Shey Smart he was very friendly and went over all the paper work to get me ready to be in my new car and with the car payment I needed to have to stay in my budget! EVERYONE I was in contact with at Mark Jacobson Toyota was very friendly and helpful! I am so happy that they were able to get me out of my bad situation and put me in a better one that I feel safe in and know that I will have the best customer service if I ever need them! When leaving Jay was still making sure I was satisfied by checking on me and making sure that if I had any questions to please call him! I will definitely be a life-long customer with Mark Jacobson and Jay! I have never had such great customer service anywhere else that I have purchased a car! Wish I had bought from them sooner! Called them and the 1st Salesman (Luis) blew me off (said he would call me back with information and never did), went into the Dealership and spoke to the Sales Manager (Luke Czubay) and he referred me to a “veteran” salesman, Frank Adams and he gave little effort with NO follow-up. I waited for a response for the second time (for two days), it never came. It just seemed, that they don’t care that I wanted to try out their dealership, when purchasing a Toyota. I went to another dealership and purchased a NEW CAR, in two hours (beginning to end)… They just don’t care for the working man… I will never go back there and I tell people about my experience, Facebook, work associates and everyone else I know. More
