We have purchased many cars over the past decades in four states, and by far Alex Savio Dias at Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC was the best salesperson we have ever experienced. Buying cars has never bee states, and by far Alex Savio Dias at Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC was the best salesperson we have ever experienced. Buying cars has never been an easy or truly enjoyable experience; however, considering the context of purchasing automobiles, Alex was the most knowledgeable, personable, and experienced salesperson we have met. He was patient and helpful in walking through the complicated negotiations and the eventual closing of the sale over a six-hour period from start to finish. We highly recommend the dealership and that potential customers request Alex Dias as a salesperson when they visit Mark Jacobson Toyota. I doubt you'll find a better one. More

Our experience at Mark Jacobson toyota was beyond words. I had looked everywhere for a new vehicle, unsure of what I was going to buy, but I had a list of things that I wanted. When I went to a different Toyota dealership, I fell back in love with the 4-Runner, as I was going to buy, but I had a list of things that I wanted. When I went to a different Toyota dealership, I fell back in love with the 4-Runner, as I used to own one. Even though I was buying a 2013 after all the 2014's were out, none of the dealerships were willing to come down hardly at all on the list price. (And we were returning customers at that Toyota dealership.) So after that I was going to settle on a different vehicle, even though it wasn't my favorite. That's when Chelsey called from Mark Jacobson Toyota. My husband had placed a call to them asking about the 4-Runners on the lot, told her what I wanted, and what we wanted to pay. She was not only able to do that for us, but to get me what I wanted on my trade! The overall experience was great, from beginning to end, unlike some of the other dealerships I dealt with. They were pushy, or just not hearing what I wanted. We didn't have that problem at all with Chelsey, she was great to work with and even called to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle! More

Frank Adams did a great job in understanding what we were looking for in a used vehicle, answered all our questions, and was very professional. He treated the sale of the used Jeep as important to him as a looking for in a used vehicle, answered all our questions, and was very professional. After looking for a used Toyota Yaris for many weeks, I found that Mark Jacobson Toyota had one on its lot. I had previously avoided these large car dealerships like the plague due to bad experiences (over found that Mark Jacobson Toyota had one on its lot. I had previously avoided these large car dealerships like the plague due to bad experiences (overly pushy car salesmen, high ticket prices, and unaffordable fees) in the past. I did NOT find that here. Alex welcomed me immediately and was very informative and kind the entire time we met with him. I took my time deciding whether or not to purchase the car and (even though it was getting close to closing time) never felt hurried. I am 100% satisfied with my vehicle, the price, and the time I spent at Mark Jacobson. Go here! More

Hello, I've just purchased a 2008 certified Hello, I've just purchased a 2008 certified Toyota Prius from Mark Jacobson Toyota this month, my experience with Alex Dias (sale consultant) Hello, I've just purchased a 2008 certified Toyota Prius from Mark Jacobson Toyota this month, my experience with Alex Dias (sale consultant) and Dan Shank (sale manager) was one of the smooth experience that I have had for a long time, both gentlemen were very helpful and professional. I especially appreciate Alex Dias for his follow-ups after our initial meeting at the dealership which lead me to purchase this vehicle. The only thing that I have was they need to make sure to let customers know everything about the car upfront before customer make his/her decision. I found a chip on the windshield of the passenger side and informed Alex and his sale manager, they took care of it this week. I felt like they should take this into consideration and give me some discount for it. Beside that, car is running good and I am enjoy driving it. More

Kevin Mom was a great sales person and made our experience buying a vehicle easy. We had looked for a vehicle for four days and had a specific list of "wants". My wife and I had talked with several experience buying a vehicle easy. We had looked for a vehicle for four days and had a specific list of "wants". My wife and I had talked with several dealers and were not happy with the way they handled our request. Trying to sale us something we didn't want or ask for. We had nearly given up when I found our SUV on line at the Mark Jacobson dealership. I called and Kevin answered all our questions and concerns with no hesitation and with a friendliness we were looking for. At the dealership, he made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle and didn't pressure us into taking a test drive or looking into anything else. We actually didn't test drive any other vehicle until we saw this one. Kevin handled everything with an positive attitude and didn't give us the assumption that he was annoyed with all our questions. After the test drive, as the paper work was being processed he stayed and talked with us until we were in the financial office. We are very happy with our vehicle and the whole process was a breeze.
