This was my first visit to Mark Jacobson Toyota and it was great experience. All of the staff that I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and ready to get the job done. The only bump in the road and the reason for 4 stars in the price category was because I felt that they didn't want to provide me what I thought and kelly blue book publishes as fair trade in value for my vehicle. This led to a negotiation that almost resulted in me walking away. In the end, the sales management team found some wiggle room and I compromised a little on my bottom price and we were able to find common ground. As a result, I'm now the proud owner of a certified preowned Toyota Highlander! Thanks Mark E, Mark J, Mark the sales manager.......what gives with all the Marks? More

technically, the 2010 Prius we bought is not mine. My son Jonathan owns the car, but it is the 6th car this family has bought/owned from MJ Toyota.
