I estimate that during this time we have leased or purchased eight or so Mark Jacobson Toyotas. Except for one flat tire, these cars have needed nothing beyond the standard 5,000-mile check ups. Jay Bazooband is the only salesman whom we have used over the years, and that includes his help also in leasing a Corolla for our daughter (who has since moved to another city). He is knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy; every automobile salesperson ought to have his gently demeanor. I have known Charles Gery since he was twelve years of age, although he was working at the White House when we began our relationship with MJ Toyota. What a great man to have working for this dealership! Charles is fair, willing to work with the customer, and loyal. It is always a joy to see him and to know that I am in good hands as he works out pricing. I met Craig James for the first time today. In walking me through the document-signing process, Craig had done his preparatory work prior to my coming into his office, set just the right pace, and showed genuine interest in me and my family while also sharing something of himself and his family. That he drives each day from another city to be at work is a testament to his dedication. More

I have heard compliments about Toyotas. My next door neighbor owns a Toyota and loves it. When my Mits Galant started having engine trouble, I felt that I should look for another car. I went to Mark Jacobson in October 2013 and bought my first Toyota. It was a certified preowned Yaris and I extended the warranty. On Thursday, February 6th, I was on interstate 40 going to work and something appeared in my lane. The traffic was busy and I couldn't avoid the car part/whatever I ran over. It was a miracle that I wasn't in an accident or killed! I rode in the truck with my Toyota behind to the Service Department. Before I left GH Jason McBride's wife, Audrey ( a wonder teacher and expecting twins in May), told me that I would be ok and that her husband, Jason, was waiting to help me. Jason was so kind and even called me that night to tell me the exent of the damage. I returned on Monday, February 10th, to the Service Department and met Jay Bazooband who helped me purchase another car. I had already decided to buy another Toyota when I needed to. Jay even helped me return the rental car so I could drive my new Yaris home. Thank you so much for helping me. You will not see me until my first maintenance check. Also, the extended warranty protection that I purchased in October was added to my new car I purchased that night. I didn't remember the extended warranty protection and while during the paperwork, the dealership pointed it out to me and rolled it over to my new car. I love my new Toyota! I came by to test drive and price a new vehicle. Kevin quickly grabbed a dealer plate, and after completing the proper paperwork, we were in the car, testing it out. It was almost as though he knew what I was thinking. Never have I had a more intuitive salesperson. Instead of showing me the things in the car, he allowed me to explore the features on my own while on the test drive, chiming in and adding only when I would pass over a minor comfort feature or even a larger option or two. Again, his ability to read and cater to the customer was second to none in my experience. I would definitely return if Kevin were the salesperson I would be able to deal with. More

A year and 20,000 miles later, I am still confident that I made the right decision as the car suits me perfectly.
