Wow! I bought what!!!! I started my search on line, looking for a used Toyota Camry with low mileage. We then went to CarMax and Fred Anderson Toyota based on my search. I started my search on line, looking for a used Toyota Camry with low mileage. We then went to CarMax and Fred Anderson Toyota based on my search. Mark Jacobson's web site is not user friendly and did not have any used Camrys that I liked. CarMax had a beautiful dark green 2013 Camry L with gray interior. It had 11,000 miles and a clean Car Fax. I loved it. My husband Bob wanted to go to Mark Jacobson and talk to Ian Edgington before making the final decision. I think Ian is terrific, so I agreed. I knew that if anyone could make magic happen, it was Ian. Bottom line - thanks to this fabulous man - I now own a 2014.5 Camry L. We paid about $3500 more for a brand new car with all the perks of purchasing directly from a Toyota dealer. Kudos, Ian!! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience I purchased my first new car from Mark Jacobson Toyota and I must say that my experience was a pleasant one. I was immediately greeted at the front d I purchased my first new car from Mark Jacobson Toyota and I must say that my experience was a pleasant one. I was immediately greeted at the front door upon my arrival. I was escorted directly to my preferred vehicle where I listened to a basic breakdown of the car's features. I test drove the car and then discussed numbers. I never felt pressured into making a decision that day nor did I feel obligated to pay the asking price. In other words, there was room for negotiation. Greg Todloski, my sales associate and his manager Charlie were wonderful. They listened to me and worked diligently to get me exactly what I wanted. The finance staff was great as well. When I returned to pick up the car, Greg spent 1-2 hours explaining how the vehicle operated and all of the major features. It made me feel appreciated to know that someone would spend that amount of time with me. He was very patient. He even followed up with a call the next day to ensure that I had no further questions. Two upper level managers followed up with me as well. My opinion felt valued. My experience at Mark Jacobson was spectacular and I would certainly recommend this dealership to others. More
