Great customer service from Drew Fergus! I was looking for a late model Tundra and had found one listed on the Mark Jacobson web site. I was very surprised to see the low mileage on the vehic I was looking for a late model Tundra and had found one listed on the Mark Jacobson web site. I was very surprised to see the low mileage on the vehicle. I and my wife decided to go and check on the Tundra listed late Thursday evening, 8:00PM. Drew Fergus greeted us and stated the Tundra in questions was across the street in the tuck center, so Drew Fergus transported us to truck center to see the Tundra in question. The Tundra was in the maintenance shop needing a few issues corrected, so it was not ready for a test drive. Drew Fergus kept me addressed on the Tundras status and contacted me has soon the Tundra was ready. Well after seeing the Tundra and testing driving it I was sold!
