I spotted a used car online and sent an inquiry to Mark Jacobs about it but didn’t receive a reply. Decided to drive down to the dealership to see it in person anyway. When I first walked in I was not greeted by the salesmen on the floor. So I wandered in a little further and was greeted by William Bradford. He made the car buying experience fun and while I didn’t get the deal I wanted I think we met in the middle with a reasonable compromise. I was pre-approved for financing but after learning my rate William and Jario from financing assured me they could find a better rate for me and they did. They helped me with transferring my tags to my new car and the entire experience from arrival to departure took about 3 hours. I had a positive experience and would purchase another vehicle from there. More
