An Excellent Experience - Luis was exceptional I have used Marc Jacobson for the last 5 years for servicing my truck and had an outstanding experience throughout all that time, so when it came time I have used Marc Jacobson for the last 5 years for servicing my truck and had an outstanding experience throughout all that time, so when it came time for a new truck I went to MJT first. Luis Pietri who works in the truck sales department made the experience a breeze, and totally pleasant. He listened to what I wanted, and did not try and sell me just on what they had at the time. I was looking for specific features and he worked with me to get exactly what I needed, even though it meant waiting a couple days (totally worth it). He made the financial experience less painful and has been exceptional with aftercare. I'd definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota truck. More

Despite having just started to work there, she was so helpful and friendly that she was a major reason why we returned the next day almost ready to buy the car. It was her day off, but we were met by a super knowledgeable guy with a personable attitude, Ramzi Alshamali. He took us for another ride and worked really hard on all the necessary details to make sure that the deal was as satisfactory as possible for us.
