I met Alex Dias at the front door, and I assumed it would be the typical what is it going to take to buy a car today. Alex was very professional and reassuring that he would provide me with any information that I needed, and wanted to make sure that I knew everything about the Toyota Corolla LE that I was looking for. He took me out for a test drive that lasted over 30 minutes, and when we stopped the car back at the dealers, went over all the features that this car had. After the ride, we sat down to discuss my thoughts, and then what the price I was looking for my trade-in, and to consider buying this car. The price that they gave me to begin with was less than the other dealer, but he went to his manager with the price that I said I needed, which was another $1500. He got me this price, and I agreed to buy this car. He also went out of his way to insure that the car was equipped the way that I wanted, and kept in constant contact with me to insure that I was happy. More

Needing a business tax break for 2014, we decided to look at purchasing a Toyota Tundra as a project truck. We were in contact with Jason before we ever set foot on the lot. Once there, Jason was very accommodating to us. As business owners ourselves, we expect superior service and Jason delivered. We don't have a lot of free time so, we told Jason what we needed and he helped move the process along quickly. This car buying experience has been the least stressful we've ever had. The satisfaction follow-up calls and emails have been great too! We've never received that kind of service "after the sale". I am telling all of my customers about my new truck purchase and my great experience at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I would definitely buy from them again. More

He was able to find a truck that wo Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with from the time we called to when we showed up to look at a new Tundra. He was able to find a truck that would work for us in the color we needed to begin the build process of our Truck Outfitters project truck. Bob, the sales manager was also a pleasure to deal with and very entertaining. We showed up on Friday, a day earlier to complete the purchase and found everyone "wide open" taking care of customers. This is not our first truck purchase or experience at Mark Jacobson and the customer service was the level that we provide our customers, which is treat them like family. Knowing how things go at the dealership, we just took our time and told Jason we could wait while he took care of his customers. Then, after we leave, we got a couple of calls from Jason and someone else wanting to know how our experience was. You just don't get that kind of service anymore unless you are dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers. Will we refer other customers? Absolutely. And we will be promoting the dealership on our project truck as a sponsor. More

At Mark Jacobson Pre-owned, the manager assigned Mike Koestner to help me because Mike and I had similar backgrounds. Yeah, the manager actually payed attention to my needs. The finance guy was friendly, too. My salesman, Mike Koestner, stayed on top of the deal all the way through, calling me to follow up. These 3 people made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable.
