I came in thinking that this was going to be a long drawn out depressing process with having to deal with untrustworthy car salesmen and them not wanting to help you and ultimately not finding a car. I can honestly say that they proved me wrong! As soon as I walked in the door they were willing to help. These people are very kind and want to get you into a car. They worked with me and help me find a car that was right for me. The whole Mark Jacobson Toyota crew was fantastic, but my salesman Carl Claiborne made this experience one to remember. I had a good idea of the vehicle I wanted, but a particular version of the Tundra that I was not familiar with was presented to me and was far better than the many others I had viewed in the months prior to my purchase and it was perfect for me. The price was negotiated much farther than I thought it would be so I feel like I got more than a fair price. They also don't forget you once you leave the lot. Periodic check ins from the manufacturer down to the individual salesman to make sure everything is as I expected. I would and have recommended this dealer. More
