Got to give Steve Martinez credit for making that call immediately after filling out some brief info online. Although his call came quickly, I never once felt any pressure from his approach to selling me a car. Having been in business myself for several years, I recognize the "tag" words, catch phrases etc. any good salesman would use to make the sell. Still, Mr. Martinez was as we say in the South, "Johnny on the spot" with the knowledge of what he was selling. Yes, it has taken me 15 years to purchase another new car. I am sure with the proper care and love one can devote to an automobile, this 2015 Toyota Avalon will provide me the same quality of service for as many years. Thanks Steve, Great job. More

I told him up front that I was just starting to rebuild my credit and was just looking to see what I COULD get approved for based on my needs but that I would not just buy a car and settle. Mike worked with the finance team, Anthony VU and the finance Manager, to do all of their research, work with the banks for three days, and they finally delivered me EXACTLY what I wanted. They were so honest, helpful, and sincere; I could not believe it. There were no gimmicks, no pressure, just simply wanting to make me happy. They were, by far, the best group of professionals and car salespeople I have ever dealt with. Purchased 2015 Camry, 12/28/2014 (Jason Schiffman, salesman) For a period of 10 weeks, I had visited 5 different dealerships trying to decide on the right vehicle for me and the right price. After much research, For a period of 10 weeks, I had visited 5 different dealerships trying to decide on the right vehicle for me and the right price. After much research, test drives and discussions with sales people, Jason Schiffman (salesman) was the sales person I choose to work with. Jason was knowledgeable about all the features in the newly released vehicles that I looked at as well as the changes that were made from the previous year’s models. At no time did I feel that I was wasting Jason’s time with all the questions that I asked, nor did I feel rushed to make a decision so that he could get moving onto another customer. I didn’t buy a vehicle the first meeting, but kept in touch via Email and phone calls with regards to my search. Eventually, on Dec. 28, I spent more time test driving vehicles, narrowing it down to the car I wanted and then worked out a great deal for the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Camry SE. Purchasing a car is usually the second biggest investment a person makes, so I didn't make this decison without significant research and effort on my part.
