He went above and beyond to help me find the RIGHT vehicle and gave me an AWSOME trade in for my really old SUV. David searched the whole Southeast untill the car I wated was located in Florida. The whole process of buying my new car at Mark Jacobson was great. I walked in a little frightened..used to being husseled because I am alone and a woman. The sales staff... David Levithan (and others) were direct and considerate. I never felt pressured to buy. To my surprise, my car was delivered two days later and I know David made sure, even on his day off, that I could be there to look at the car in person and he stayed at the dealership until I felt happy and secure with all the paper work and the new insurance needed was processed. I don't know if David Levithan knew or not, but I was driving without air-conditioning in my old car. hahaha. So I am so thankful to him for coming in on his day off and of course for being so wondreful thru the whole process of the purchase. It felt more like I had an adviser by my side the whole time rather than a sales person and that is so wonderful. Thank you David and to all the staff at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I LOVE my Toyota Yaris. More

Anderson didn't have the exact car I wanted (or so they thought - they had one on the lot but it wasn't "in" their inventory until they did some digging and called me back while I was at Jacobson) while Jacobson did. I got a better price on the car and more money for my trade at Jacobson. Greg Shaw was easy to work with; Ian and Justin helped me the day before but weren't there when I went back to bargain and buy. The only thing was the car didn't have grey floormats to match the interior; they only put 2 black mats in and told me to come back to get it detailed. I bought it on a Sunday afternoon. It seemed like the guy detailing it just wanted to get it out and didn't really care about it. I took it back for detailing and to check the alignment - also had to give them all my keys to the trade. I'm still waiting on my gift card for test driving a car. I'm not counting on receiving that. More

Test drive to delivery was less than 3 hours. Got a great trade in value about $800 over Kelly blue book. More

Greg Shaw the Sales Rep was excellent through the whole process, even going so far I could not be happier with the whole team at Mark Jacobson Toyota! Justin the Sales manager was superb as well, he really helped with my trade in and getting the BEST price for the car that I wanted. Tia from Finance was very very helpful in explaining all my options and helping me get the BEST interest rate possible. Last but certainly not least Mark Jacobson himself. Justin went so far as to sell the car Mark just so happened to be driving at the time right out from under him. Mark happily moved his things and had the car cleaned up for me. He shook my hand and I got a story out of it! They even refunded the service that I had done on my old car that day as I had bought a new one! First off, he was very knowledgeable about the Corolla I was looking at (and a few hours later, bought!) and was able to clearly explain the features and differences between models. Patience and courtesy also ranked high, even through multiple rounds of "Okay, what if I pay $X,XXX down?" Definitely a great customer experience. Azza Al-Ejjo in the business office was great as well. Very personable with excellent explanations on all of the policies, financing and other paperwork. She was even able to get my interest rate well below what we initially thought it would be. Kudos to both! As for the Corolla LE, what can I say? It's only been a couple of days but I'm loving it! It looks fabulous, is a great ride, and the extras in the LE package are well worth the slight price increase. So far, the Bluetooth phone connection and backup camera are my favorite new "toys". Simply brilliant! More
