Out of town repair I have a 2015 Corolla and it had to have a front wheel bearing replaced by the dealer I purchased the car from in Ohio. A week later I heard the same I have a 2015 Corolla and it had to have a front wheel bearing replaced by the dealer I purchased the car from in Ohio. A week later I heard the same noise while visiting Chapel Hill. I drove over to the dealer and they immediately looked at it. Advised me that the bearing had failed again due to an incorrect installation at the other dealer. They had to order some parts and they would fix it the next day. I dropped the car off the next day (Andrew G-the service representative from the previous day was standing outside my car as soon as I pulled in) and it was done in the time frame quoted. There was an issue with the warranty because the part was bad due to the improper installation. They contacted the original dealership and had them pay for the fix so I didn't have to pay upfront and then work on getting it refunded back to me. Was offered a loaner car even though I didn't buy the car there. Very satisfied with the service department. . More

Went to dealership to look at exact model which they didn't have on lot but they went out of their way to find the one I wanted and had it to me by the next day. Alex was our sales guy and was also very nice and helpful. Didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of. After dealing with the run around at so many other places with the haggling, it was nice to just get the offer at the price I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. More
