Barbara the sales person and the gentleman in finance worked so hard with the banks . I was embarrassed because of my credit score, but Barbara kept reassuring me that everything was ok. I had planned to just turn the car in at the lease term but after talking with our favorite sales person, Ed Caldwell he helped us find a 2011 Camry that fit our budget perfectly. No pressure - just patiently worked with us to find the perfect car. My previous experience with Ed and Mark Jacobson Toyota brought us back again and we are so glad we decided to purchase this Camry. Over the past three years, Ed called me several times to make sure I was still happy and enjoying my Corolla. That's why I came back! More

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and especially our salespersonAshley. She gave us clear, common sense answers to all our questions. I recommend Mark Jacobson to anyone interested in buying a new car, and I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Ashley to help you. Another interesting point: we were almost through the process when a manager came over and pointed out a special pricing from Toyota that saved us an extra $200.00. It isn't much, but the point is the manager didn't have to do this...... More
A Fair Deal I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I was working with Edwin Caldwell and bought a Toyota Prius. He was very att I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at Mark Jacobson Toyota. I was working with Edwin Caldwell and bought a Toyota Prius. He was very attentive and responsive throughout the process - but not pushy. That evening I got an email from Mark Jacobson Toyota advertising a sale they were having. I had not gotten the sale price! The next morning I called Edwin and he assured me that he would make it right. The next day I drove my car back up to the dealership and spoke with Edwin and he worked it out so I got the sale price!! I couldn't believe how easy it was. Edwin kept saying, "I just want you to leave happy"; and I did. Thank you, Edwin, for making sure I got a great car at a good price. More

Saying that, I think that Tia and Luke did a fair deal for me despite dealership statements that indicate a better deal should have been reached. I am particularly addressing the banner on the web site stating they would give up to 110% of blue book value. They did not even get close! At 100% I left $3,000 on the table and at 110% I left $7800 on the table. Don't put statements out that you aren't willing to follow through on. Tiara Henderson and Luke Czubay were great to work with. Tia seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful at answering questions raised by my wife and I. We ordered the car in early July, Tia and Luke were diligent in keeping us informed on its progress. We had a 3:45 appointment to pick up the car. It was ready to go when we got there, we did not leave until 6, which begs the question, why does it take 2 1/4 hours to complete a cash transaction. All in all we are happy with the car and the customer service we received, but there is room for improvement. More
