We did check out one other dealership for a test drive a few days before our visit at Mark Jacobson, and it was obvious to me at that point that I needed a lighter and friendlier atmosphere like Mark Jacobson Toyota. Ian Edgington was literally the BEST salesperson that I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and honest. I felt at home with Ian during my test drive. We spoke about our families and outside interests and just as easily, I was able to discuss where I needed to be financially to make this trade-in a reality. Ian found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and ensured that I would get exactly what I desired at a reasonable and fair price. I was also thrilled with the service I received from Azza in the finance department. She was also very professional, relaxed, and quite funny. All in all, the experience was great.
