Frustrating This review is based on my experience from my 2014 new Toyota deal. The bottom line and I guess the fault will fall on me as the purchaser but my frustration is; In 2012 I purchased my 1st Toyota Camry I was told at the time of the purchase about the trade up program after a year. With my 2012 Camry I was offered GAP insurance as part of my closing paperwork, I accepted and got additional coverage as well. Fast forward to 2014, It's time for me to take advantage of the trade up and I did, got a 2014 Camry (loved this vehicle) completed all the necessary paper work to complete the deal, now at the time I was told that this was a trade up, so my understanding all my coverage and warranties will also be covered on this newer Camry, now be aware nothing was mentioned about additional coverage or adding anything, again this is why my understanding was that I had the coverage I had with my 2012 Camry would be the same coverage on the 2014. Well on 9/30/2015 my 2014 was totaled, but I'm not to worried because I'm under the impression that I have GAP.... Called the GAP company an they inform me that I DO NOT HAVE GAP, but I have the extended service coverage. At this time I'm confused, so I call back to Mark Jacobson and speak with my finance person who completed my deal on the 2014 Camry. This is when she proceed to explain to me that I only had an extended warranty, no GAP because in order to keep my payments at where I requested they didn't add GAP, and that I probably make out better anyway with my extended service warranty being refunded to me. Well I still owe the finance company who had my car loan $5700, my warranty will be refunded at $720 so I still have an outstanding loan $4980. My frustration is why would this loan officer at the time of my initial deal remove coverage that I original had on a older vehicle and did not feel the need to present it to me at the time I purchased the 2014. If my 2012 Camry was fully coverage why wasn't my 2014 Camry covered as well. I was not presented with the same options I had with my 2012 finance officer and because of neglect and poor customer service, any vehicle I try to purchase (because I need one, single parent and now with no transpiration) I have to add this additional coverage onto any new lease/ finance I get. I'm starting out already upside down with negative equity. And again I have to take the blame for not reading every fine line, in that contract but I'm still frustrated with the fact that why would Mark Jacbson Toyota want my 2014 Camry covered fully just in case as they did with my 2012 and my 2014 was more expensive than the 2012. My finance officer DID NOT OFFER ME GAP INSURANCE, when in deed I originally had it. I recently visited the dealership and I had a great experience with a new team of people (mentioned below: Barbara Decatur and Kim Danchulis) and I explained my frustration and they were working with me to get me the best deal, but I guess at this point no deal will be good until I get out of this negative balance with my finance company. More

Service department is TERRIBLE I had an appointment to have a recall repair, and after waiting 30 minutes was told the part was not in, so I had to take it back. I was promised they would provide a rental car, but when I arrived and told service writer, he rudely said he didn't know about the request. Since I knew he (Andrew) was the person I spoke with I challenged him and he then remembered passing it on to someone else. So then I waited 40 minutes at MJT waiting for Enterprise to come get me (from less than a mile away), to then spend 10 minutes with them contacting MJT about authorization for payment (by MJT). Then when I got the car back, 2 of the plastic pieces (on steering wheel) were not properly clicked back together. More
