T My wife and I went into this auto buying experience with very low expectations, not really believing that it would be anything but long and arduous. The buying process that greeted us was not remotely like my expectations, which were based on previous decades of poor auto buying experiences. We arrived early at the dealership and the sales person, Rob, with whom we had had both email and phone contact about a car in which we were interested, had not yet arrived. Another salesman let us know that Rob would arrive shortly, which he did. in the meantime, his replacement provided a very helpful tour of the various features available on our auto of interest, showing us a couple of examples in the showroom. From here things went smoothly, with no hard sell at any point along the way. I observed that many of the sales staff were of my generation and both understood and were clear about aligning my purchase with my interests. I was grateful for not being saddled with a millennial for a salesperson. Each stage of the transaction was handled professionally and with good attention to detail, and we happily drove away in a new (used) car with none of the anticipated pains. Rob indicated that he would be happy for me to return the following weekend and he would show me how to operate some of the more complex features of the vehicle. I did so the following day and Rob spent at least an hour with me showing me how everything in the car worked. Buying a car is stressful, and not undertaken as a source of entertainment, but this purchase was as close to enjoyable as I think is possible. More

They took in my old vehicle, found that whoever sold it to us concealed some facts, paid off the remaining loan, issued a new loan, found the one I wanted (the last one left in the area) brought it to the dealership, prepared all the papers. Chris respected our choices and did not try to steer us towards bigger or more expensive models. The process of finding out what was the price of the model/trim we selected was "old school car buying” where the price changes several times and you have to haggle. We did not like that but imagine that this is this dealership’s culture. At the end we agree on a price that was acceptable to us. Chris was a very nice guy and we would gladly recommend him. More

I will recommend all my friends and family to Marc Jacobs dealership, but I will most definitely refer them to Ramzi to consult with them on their next car purchase. His customer service and care is the reason Im rating this a 5 star dealership. Tommy Desrosiers who also oversees the i We purchased a Mercury Grand Marquis via Mark Jacobson's eBay listing. My wife and I flew in from New Jersey. Tommy Desrosiers who also oversees the internet sales at the dealership, picked us up at the airport. The car was nice and clean but it turned out that the heat didn't work. Due to the fact that the November evenings were already cold and we had a long ride back to New Jersey it seemed to be a problem. Tommy took the car to the mechanics who started working on this issue immediately. After a couple of trial and error it turned out that the problem was caused by the pesky blend door actuator, as Tommy predicted. Unfortunately, in order to replace this $70 part, the entire dashboard has to be removed. Being Saturday afternoon, we were running out of time. Needless to say that we were pretty disappointed. - What can we do now? Tommy came up with a proposal: "You guys bundle up, drive the car home and take it to the nearest shop who can fix it and we'd cut a check for the cost of repair". We took his word. It is not to say that we were particularly warm when the outside temperature dropped below 35 degrees, but we made it home safely. Next Monday we took the car to the local shops who flat-out refused to work on this problem, due to its complexity. Finally we got a price quote from the Ford dealership in Summit, which we forwarded to Tommy, who confirmed the repair in less than an hour. The repair was completed and we received the check form Tommy today. All in all, we are very happy with the purchase for two reasons: 1. We got a car which we like and which represents a reasonable value for its price. 2. We had the opportunity to do business with Tommy Desrosiers, a real gentlemen who's words can be taken at face value. Finding a good, reliable and reasonably priced used vehicle is not easy, but finding a used vehicle dealer who exhibits similarly high standards as Tommy is like finding a needle in the haystack. The most loyal customers are not the ones whose buying experience is the smoothest but the ones whose problem is fixed in a satisfactory manner along the process.
