No pressure, no pushiness....I felt as though I were a valued customer. Stephen not only was extremely personable and easy to work with, but the epitome of professionalism. Most of the legwork was done via phone/text - when I arrived at the dealership on a Sunday at 12:30pm, he already knew my situation and had assured me they could get me into my vehicle of choice. He had my car appraised, found the car of my dreams on the lot, took me on an excellent test drive and I was able to sign all the paperwork and drive home by 3pm!! I'll recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks Stephen! You're the best in all the land!! More
Terrible service and cheating my money I came to Toyota dealer to check out why my engine check light is on. They told me it costs around $1000 to fix it because the water pump and somethin I came to Toyota dealer to check out why my engine check light is on. They told me it costs around $1000 to fix it because the water pump and something else leaking. And so many other problems with my car, but I just passed state inspection in JUST TIRES. I told them I want to come back tomorrow and they precharged me $110 as prefix fee. (they will apply $110 to my final balance when I came to fix my car tomorrow). Then I went to JUST TIRES and ask them to help me check why engine light is on. They told me I did not close my GAS CAP very well. (you have to turn your gas cap until you heard click or your check engine light might be on) And they told me my car works very well nothing leaking. TOYOTA dealer cost $1000 but Just Tires cost free to fix the same problems for my car, can you believe it? I came back to Toyota dealer and asked them to refund the prefix fee because I dont wanna repair here anymore. They told me its not prefix fee if I dont pay $1000 to fix my car here; its inspection fee and they refused to give me refund. But I asked them why they didnt tell me prefix fee would become to inspection fee and all other auto repair companies do inspection for free. The manager told me they dont need to tell customers it because everyone know it and he said he doesnt want to talk with me and let me get out of his building. He said, "go call your police your lawyers but not in my property." I feel so sad about the terrible service. But I want to share with you guys the trick that Toyota play on you. They precharge you $110 and you cannot go other auto repair companies even if you can get better price and service. ITS NOT WATER PUMP LEAKING, YOUR WALLET LEAKING. More

Excellent My wife and I had a not so good experience early this year at the dealership with one of the salesmen there. But we went this time and met Chris Hone My wife and I had a not so good experience early this year at the dealership with one of the salesmen there. But we went this time and met Chris Honeycutt and man he sure did turned things around Big Time when it comes to costumer service. From the beginning he was honest, fair and straight to the point (no going around the bush like others) and accommodated my wife, young son and I like if we were family. Always kept us in the loop during the negotiation and with absolutely NO PRESSURE and very understanding. I've never met anybody with costumer service skills as top-notch as his. We got a new Tacoma and I'm glad we did thru Chris. I will definetly look for Chris again in the next year to get my wife a vehicle. I will surely recommend Mack-Jacobson Toyota to anybody buying a vehicle, you won't regret it!!! Sincerely; Manny & Lisa More

When I came in I was greeted not only by my Sales man Scott Mericle, but also Doug the GM. The process was easy and simple and the only reason didn't get the car the same night is it was late and we had a 3 yr old thwrw. Scott was excellent, we'll informed, and easy going. Kim the Sales Manger was fantastic as was everyone else on the team. This will always be my go to place for a new or used car! More

Despite my worries, we had a wonderful sales experience at Mark Jacobson. Alex Dias, our salesperson was warm and friendly and took the time to make sure that we got what we wanted in our car. Not only was Alex wonderful, but everyone we met with throughout the purchasing process was similarly kind and helpful. After making our purchase, Alex helped us go through the features of the car and made it clear that if we need anything, to give him a call. All in all, a good experience. More

Best Experience Buying a Car I've purchased about a dozen cars over the years and this was by far the best experience. Scott Mericle was an outstanding sales rep. He has only been on the job for a month but knew all of the cars inside and out, went above and beyond to get answers to any questions we had that he couldn't answer, was very friendly, and really helped us in our efforts to better understand the Toyota product line after years of driving Hondas. Even the gentleman in charge of all the paperwork was very friendly and professional. The only issue preventing this from being a 5-star rating was the sales manager who sits up at their "sales central" area who lost his cool when it got busy and was heard/seen yelling at employees. It was tacky and unprofessional. Overall, however, I'd recommend Marc Jacobsen. More
