He explained features of the car in details and helped me test drive the car. He put me at ease. Should I decide to buy another Toyota in the RTP region in the future, I would definitely talk to Mike. The overall atmosphere is friendly and warm. People at this dealership really care about customers, and everyone I talked to tried to make sure that I had a pleasant experience. I even received follow up phone calls.
