He calmly and professionally asked us what we were looking for, and helped us ultimately find what we felt was exactly what we were looking for. I'm averse to the whole sales process, as I'm sure most people are, and I feel like it's near impossible to shop for a car at a dealership and not feel like you're going through the sales spiel the whole time. While Leo was no exception, he actually was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process that we ultimately really enjoyed working with him. Leo asked us the appropriate questions to figure out which type of car we really wanted, and eventually found and reserved us the exact car we were looking for. Even when we needed to leave in the middle of the day and come back towards closing time, he went overboard and stayed past closing time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase, not rushing us out the door. Our experience with the financing department was also pleasant and unexpectedly low pressure. I received a call from the service manager the next day congratulating me on our purchase and giving me his direct number so that I could easily schedule our first of many complementary services that come with the purchase. Friendly and professional. Lastly, my wife also left some of her favorite CDs in the dash of her trade in, and the dealership was very helpful to me the next day in retrieving those. I highly recommend Leo Sullivan and the Mark Jacobson team if you're looking to purchase a new Toyota in the future. More

Loved the Salesperson, disliked finance person I went in to help my aunt purchase a vehicle. We had a very easy time looking at cars with Barbara. She was very laid back, let us look around, and I went in to help my aunt purchase a vehicle. We had a very easy time looking at cars with Barbara. When it came time to pricing, we disagreed with a price at first, but Barbara was very quick to negotiate a price my Aunt felt more comfortable with. After that happened, I was sure Mark Jacobson would be a place I would recommend. Overall BARBARA did a great job. The person who did the financing paperwork with us, TAY PAIGE, though was rude and lacked manners and social skills. When I disagreed on whether my aunt should get Gap coverage, she basically told me I have no idea what I am talking about and started scolding me. When we left, my Aunt said she did not like the way she treated me and the whole event was awkward and rude. She needs to learn communication skills. More
