I put a deposit down for a new seinna in January of 2023 and never got the car. I was waiting since July and the sales person Barbra never followed up with what we put a deposit for and just kept trying to and never got the car. I was waiting since July and the sales person Barbra never followed up with what we put a deposit for and just kept trying to upsell me on different cars than what I wanted. I was always assured I was next on the list but that was a lie. I was able to get my deposit back but it was a complete waste of time. I warn people to not go to this dealership. More

They gave us no hassle about not test driving the car. I think they gave us a fair price on the vehicle. They were professional and courteous. We drove over an hour to get this vehicle. I had a great time as a first time car buyer from Mark Jacobson Toyota. I test drove a vehicle, and was contacted when the model/color I wanted was available. For the actual purchase they were able to accommodate me over my lunch break and I was out the door in ~1.5 hours. My sales representative, Michael, was professional, attentive, and easygoing through the whole process. I hope he is compensated adequately for his hard work. I did not experience any high pressure sales tactics which I appreciate. Thank you for the smooth experience and I can't wait to go on adventures in my new car! More
Today I had an appt at Mark Jacobson for a basic oil change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this s change and filter. After waiting to get in the service que, I got an email from service with my price. They were going to charge me $75.00 for this service. Ridiculous! Especially sine a week ago I was quoted at $59.00 for the same pulse I had a $10.00 off coupon. After a few minutes with the Customer Service, they came back and said they would honor the $59.00 quote but not the coupon. I asked for my keys, after wasting an half an hour, and left. Mark Jacobson is no longer the same dealership as when Mark was around.it’s a cattle call waiting for service plus they are under construction. I’m done with the Dealership after coming to them loudly for 15 years. You’d think they would better serve their loyal customers. Done with them. I went to Durham service garage on my drive home, got the oil change, and on top of that, I let them flush brake fluid and power steering fluid as well. They were kind, respectful and willing to work me in their busy day. They made $400.00. Pays to believe in great customer service. I did NOT get that an MJ. More
