Once she found the correct vehicle for us, Ashleigh was able to communicate through email and texts and place an order that with which we were pleased. When the vehicle came in, it was exactly as we agreed upon; there were no extra fees or features added on that we did not speak about, everything was exactly as she said it would be. More

We recently purchased a new 2023 RAV4 XSE Hybrid and were extremely happy with the experience. This was our smoothest experience in nearly 40 years of buying cars. We had done a lot of research, and were extremely happy with the experience. This was our smoothest experience in nearly 40 years of buying cars. We had done a lot of research, and were pretty set on what we wanted. However, we needed to do a test drive. We were greeted by the receptionist when we entered and salesperson Austin Pivetta introduced himself and offered to help. We told him the vehicle we were interested in and that we wanted to take a test drive. In short order, my wife and I were on a test drive, on a good route that Austin had suggested. We both really liked the way it drove and felt. When we returned from our drive, Austin asked us about our impressions and said “What would you like to do next?” No pressure. No effort to get us to do what he wanted us to do – but an offer to help us take the next steps, if we wanted to. From there we discussed packages, pros and cons of features and the all-important color choice. Throughout the process Austin offered information and input, let us think and decide, again, without pressure or the sense that he was trying to “sell” us something. The specific vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, so Austin did the research to see what was in the pipeline and available to pre-select. We selected a vehicle and Austin was transparent with us that because it was in-transit he could not guarantee a delivery date, but that he would stay in contact with us to keep us informed. Austin did as he promised with regular emails and texts to keep us up to date until the RAV4 we wanted was available for us to pick up. During delivery Austin explained features, operation of the technology and in general got us comfortable with our new ride. Everyone has different expectations for the car-buying experience, but Austin was a great fit for us. He was friendly, informed, and acted as a consultant, rather than someone chasing a commission or spiff. We are very happy with this experience. More

From the receptionist to the finance person, everyone I interacted with was FANTASTIC! They took the stress out of buying a new car for the first time and took extra time to teach me about the process and interacted with was FANTASTIC! The openness and honesty of everyone on the staff was also very comforting. They are truly there to help the customers, not just sell cars! More
