We recently purchased a Rav 4 hybrid from Mark Jacobson Toyota. We had a very pleasant experience working with Michael Adams. He is pleasant, informative, witty and funny! My husband was ticketed that Michael even got his joke. In his unassuming way, he gave us more information on our options with different kinds of vehicles. Having just gone to another Toyota dealer where we almost bought a car, we were really happy with the way we were greeted by Michael. Without much fanfare, he brought out a car for us to test drive. And then showed us the features. We got what we wanted, and ordered one in our preferred color. We were prepared to wait about 60 days for it to arrive. But Michael checked the vehicles in the pipeline, and phoned us two days after we placed to order to let us know that we could expect the car in about 18-20 days….and that’s when it arrived. The final transaction was handled very professionally and we had an overall pleasant experience with this purchase. More

The Mark Jacobson dealership is located in our vicinity. Our first contact in the showroom was with Charles Browning, which proved to be very fortuitous. He was an excellent salesperson, listening carefully to our concerns about a technology new to us. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided us with comparative details about the various RAV4 options, only offering his personal opinion when asked. He encouraged us to take time to consider these options and even to compare the Toyota with other manufacturers. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. He made sure the car was ready to drive when we picked it up, and covered the essentials of the new system. He also made a point of sharing his contact information, answering his cell phone when we called with questions. We have been very happy with this purchase. More
