He was an excellent salesperson, listening carefully to our concerns about a technology new to us. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He provided us with comparative details about the various RAV4 options, only offering his personal opinion when asked. He encouraged us to take time to consider these options and even to compare the Toyota with other manufacturers. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. He made sure the car was ready to drive when we picked it up, and covered the essentials of the new system. He also made a point of sharing his contact information, answering his cell phone when we called with questions. We have been very happy with this purchase. More
