Having just gone to another Toyota dealer where we almost bought a car, we were really happy with the way we were greeted by Michael. Without much fanfare, he brought out a car for us to test drive. And then showed us the features. We got what we wanted, and ordered one in our preferred color. We were prepared to wait about 60 days for it to arrive. But Michael checked the vehicles in the pipeline, and phoned us two days after we placed to order to let us know that we could expect the car in about 18-20 days….and that’s when it arrived. The final transaction was handled very professionally and we had an overall pleasant experience with this purchase. More
