And then showed us the features. We got what we wanted, and ordered one in our preferred color. We were prepared to wait about 60 days for it to arrive. But Michael checked the vehicles in the pipeline, and phoned us two days after we placed to order to let us know that we could expect the car in about 18-20 days….and that’s when it arrived. He provided us with comparative details about the various RAV4 options, only offering his personal opinion when asked. He encouraged us to take time to consider these options and even to compare the Toyota with other manufacturers. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. He made sure the car was ready to drive when we picked it up, and covered the essentials of the new system.
