I wanted to give kudos especially to Mr. Devin Scarborough, I gave this young man a challenging time—I knew the comps within 100 miles I knew the specs and what the price should be. I already had my money in full so I was not willing to be taken advantaged of nor overcharged he picked up on my frustrations from prior experiences redirected that energy and we were all laughs and smiles from there! Mr Scarborough delivered, from his welcoming demeanor to his thorough informative professionalism there was no question this guy had me sold and did not even know it! He never pressured me or gave me ultimatums that made me feel like I had to do anything I did not want concerning my purchase nor haggled me for a decent price. He simply heard me out suggested models comparable to my request, when those available were not exactly what I wanted he researched models to bring to the dealership that would be more reflective of what I wanted, even negotiating a rental in my package while I waited for my brand new Corolla Cross XSE to be delivered—-unheard of! He maintained communication when the delivery schedule changed due to weather and made sure I was in the loop from start to finish, I honestly feel like I owe him—at the very least a lunch! Other dealers in my triad area, wanted to charge me waaay over the deal I closed with Mark Jacobson from Mr. Devin in sales to Mr. Frank explaining additional coverages to safeguard my investment in financing everyone was informative professional and courteous. I am definitely looking forward to returning soon to purchase the crown platinum with Mr. Devin Scarborough, please go see him he is very thorough pleasant and professional providing service you definitely will appreciate!
