He was energetic, attentive, patient and very informative about my inquiries about the RAV4 and beyond in his attention to detail and customer care. However, he could improve his communication about availability of models as I thought I was getting a 2025, but really got a 2024. I feel that he made up for this by explaining that a 2025 would take longer but he was not upfront about which year’s model I was getting. Adnane gave me a ride to pick up my new vehicle; which was much appreciated! I will refer others to Adnane in the future. Hopefully the paperwork process can be streamlined and shortened in the future. More
