As a client, it is understood that when my truck is taken to the back, things are being done correctly and up to the standard, which is checked off on the documentation returned me after servicing the vehicl to the back, things are being done correctly and up to the standard, which is checked off on the documentation returned me after servicing the vehicle. In sharp contrast, this was not the case when I brought my truck to Mark Christopher on Wednesday. Not only did I discover my glove compartment box on the floor, front driver side of my truck disconnected after they return my key to me and service was "complete" ,they also reversed my tire pressure to which I had 80 psi in the front and 60 in both rear tires. Now I have to go to American tire today in order to Mitigate the situation as the low tire pressure is indicated in my truck after days of leaving Mark Christopher servicing my vehicle. I don't live very close and with low tire pressure that affects the fuel mileage. My truck is able to regulate all the way to Ventura. I don't know who serviced my truck, however to have the confidence everything is being done correctly when you don't see what's actually being done is very concerning to me. Of course, this will be looked over and brushed under the rug because to you buying the truck and spending a bunch of money on a new truck and giving you business is more important than actually being thorough and paying attention to detail. More
