It surprises me that a Cadillac dealership doesn’t have a shuttle service! We are Honda and Ford, and both of them have a shuttle service. And if the Shuttle is busy, they pay for Uber! Customer Service does not even compare to other dealer service departments. Took 3 days to diagnose and estimated costs seems to be excessive. Even after repair, at time of pickup, no customer service, service departments. Took 3 days to diagnose and estimated costs seems to be excessive.
