From basic oil changes to wonderful warranty work she always goes the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of. I have witnessed her provide the same great customer service to others while I’m in the office. It’s funny when new customers walk in the door there is a room full of service reps but the first words out of there mouth is I’m here for Jackie. Okay but told it would be 90 minutes. Took to long Had an appointment at 12. Got there 5 till. Told my car would be ready in 90 minutes 175 minutes later it’s ready. I guess my service rep went on lunch so I had to go up to get help to learn anything about my car, car finally ready. I again had to go get help finally paid the bill then had to wait for service to get my key. Not great More
