Slow service & not properly stocked Waited 5 hours to replace rear tail lights. Poor Service to fix the same problem with my CUE System When I brought my cadillac to show them the CUE system touch screen did not work and screen shattered the first service guy told me I'd have to contac When I brought my cadillac to show them the CUE system touch screen did not work and screen shattered the first service guy told me I'd have to contact the manufacturer. So I did and the lady was very good and empathetic to my concern. She informed me I would reluctantly have to go back to the dealership I bought the car that charged me $1600 two years ago to replace the CUE, to give me an estimate to replace it again. When I saw another service sales person Dave, he was not very empathetic at all. When I had the car diagnosed I asked if he wanted the name of the manufacturer and he said he didn't need it and I would have to contact them myself once they gave me the estimated cost of repair. Thankfully the manager, whose name I did not receive, said the manufacturer agreed not to charge me since it wasn't my fault the screen cracked and touch screen didn't work again. At least when my husband dropped off the car, it didn't take long to repair and now it is working well. My husband did inform someone that there was a CD stuck in the player, but they did not even check to get it out per Dave, as he wasn't told about a CD when I picked up the car. Dave did tell me these were two separate units, so I guess this other guy didn't want to even tell my salesperson to check it. Poor customer service all around. I doubt if I ever decide to buy another Cadillac if I'll use this dealership. When I decided to buy out my lease, the salesperson kept trying to get me to buy the next model since he could not find me another SRX. I guess if I didn't buy the next model, so customer service went down. More

I have a Lexus, and when I take it in for service, they ALWAYS have a loan car for me waiting. I waited at the service dept. for (5) hours. That's not acceptable. I live in Moreno Valley and it's a distance to travel back and forth. I need a loan car. More
