Excellent customer service This dealers service dept has excellent customer service there was a long line to get in the service department I actually arrived an hour early befor This dealers service dept has excellent customer service there was a long line to get in the service department I actually arrived an hour early before my appt of 9am bt by the time they got to me i got checked in around 845am bt it was ok Bcz once i was able to speak with Eric and Julie they were great...listened to all my concerns made small tlk didn’t try to rush me out of their way and made my entire ordeal manageable down to the shuttle driver who were both quite good too ...bt i highly recommend to not set an appt with the service or the shuttle if u haven’t cleared up ur day Bcz they won’t be able to run on a time schedule n u may have to wait More

Poor customer Servise poor Servise .. Had very little customer service when replacing the engine of Sierra Denali. Had to come back because there was sparks(fire) (flames) coming out of Had very little customer service when replacing the engine of Sierra Denali. There is no words to express how awful a feel about your poor service both customer and mechanical. I will be seeking legal advice. More
