Recent Service Experience I was at the service line by 850am for my 9am appointment. I was quoted 3 hours for an oil change and check engine diagnosis. At 1130am was when I was I was at the service line by 850am for my 9am appointment. I was quoted 3 hours for an oil change and check engine diagnosis. At 1130am was when I was told what the problem was. I was told they could have the work completed by 1230pm since I made them aware I had to leave. I could come back the next day if they were unable to complete the work in time, but I was told they could. I had to ask about my car at 1230 since I needed to leave, and i was told it wasn’t ready. To make this as short as possible, i finally left at 1245. I was late to pick up my son from school as a result. I would appreciate honesty and realistic quotes. And quite honestly, more communication since you are usually there for hours. More

Service & warrenty work Had a 7am appointment, was 3rd in line to check in. The oil change service and 21 point inspection went well. I was there for 4 1/2-5 hours and they did not wash the truck. I was told that they were very busy, but it should not have taken this long being that I had an appointment More
