Very good Was told by Jackie wait time would be about 2 1/2 hrs when I made the 7am appt. Turned out it was 15m less. Excellent service. Still ripping people off I had the oil changed, tires rotated, rear brakes & one key fob. Pricing on everything was fair until you ripped me off on the key fob for $250. Sin I had the oil changed, tires rotated, rear brakes & one key fob. Pricing on everything was fair until you ripped me off on the key fob for $250. Since my 2011 truck cannot reprogram a new fob, I had no choice but to take the $250 beating on the key fob. Shame on Mark Christopher Chevrolet. There is absolutely no reason for me to show loyalty on buying or servicing from you. Your service reps are paid runners, as they in no way help with your high prices. SHAME on YOU GUYS. More

Great Service! Julie Escobar was my service advisor that I had requested to have again when I made the appointment to have my 2014 Corvette service. She's great and Julie Escobar was my service advisor that I had requested to have again when I made the appointment to have my 2014 Corvette service. She's great and has always given me her friendly and professional attention whenever I bring in my car for service. This visit to Mark Christopher Chevrolet was no different. I'll want to deal with Julie in the future, too, and will continue to have the Service Department personnel take care of my Corvette. I also want to compliment Kenny B., the Courtesy Car driver who drove me home while my car was being serviced and then picked me up later to go back to the dealership to get my car when it was ready. He was very nice -- polite and friendly. I was impressed with his knowledge of the city streets and getting to my home without even having to use GPS directions! I was also grateful for Jeff Rizzi's kind attention to me in a phone call I made to him to discuss the service my car needed. Well done, everyone at Mark Christopher Chevrolet! More
