Ridiculous Delays Under staffed mechanics with too many cars to be serviced causing over do waiting times for complete service. This visit took 7 hrs for a 45 minute fix, which is absolutely absurd!! This is my 2nd time waiting many hours for simple fixes or oil changes. I will need another place to service the car. More

Dealership didn’t honor my warranty and made me pay Service guy was very professional but this dealership did not honor my warranty! Now I will have to write a complaint letter to GM to restitution.
