Rip off I don't understand the point of a factory 5yr 100k mile warranty. Dealership tried to charge $1600 for a new radiator. Because it had a crack. The truck is a 2015 with 42k miles and would not cover it. The radiator is conected to the motor which is power train. Also they said I needed a new lower a arm because the ball joint boot was ripped?? Couldn't they replace just the $50 ball joint? Sounds like they take advantage of people. Had to go into the dealership to talk to anyone bc they wouldn't call me back. More
