Quick service but lacked communication The techs that checked me in were polite, and engaging. The service was completed quickly. The only reas for a 3 instead of a 5 star was following up The techs that checked me in were polite, and engaging. The service was completed quickly. The only reas for a 3 instead of a 5 star was following up after service was completed. I was given my paperwork and taken to the cashier. I assumed that everything was good from the inspection as nothing was mentioned. When I looked at the paperwork on the way home I saw that filters needed to be changed and belts needed to be addressed. These are all things I would have had completed had I known at the time. Now I'll have to take time out to do again. More

Excellent customer service I arrived a few minutes late for my appointment but Jackie was kind and handled the processing of my car quickly. Overbook Customers I was about 5-10 minutes early for my appointment. I parked behind half a dozen cars in line already. No one came to me so I got out and stood by my c I was about 5-10 minutes early for my appointment. I parked behind half a dozen cars in line already. No one came to me so I got out and stood by my car. I went unnoticed for several minutes. Three times employees came out wit their clipboards to check others in, acknowledging me, telling me someone will be right out. I continued to wait. Finally, I decided to go closer to the service entry area to get anyone’s attention, was told again someone would be with me. I walk back to my car and watched an employee come out , ignore me and go to the car next to me which pulled up AFTER me. Several minutes later someone finally came to check me in. I asked do you book everyone for 9am? He said they do because it takes so long to check everyone in. I scheduled an oil change at 9am. I did not get my car back until 10:45. No free oil change is worth going through this again. I’ll pay to go somewhere else. More
