A simple oil change. Everyone was very nice and helpful, however, even with an apointment, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. Terrible. My insurance cards and registration cards are stolen from my vehicle’s glow box when i left the car for service. It was empty when I get my car back. . I called Police for a police report to the Mark Christopher Chevrolet in Ontario California. Police came to the dealer. They will be investigating further. GM corporate got involved, said I’d have to pay $1900 of the $3500 bill for the hood and roof to be painted. I found a shop that will repaint the hood and roof for a little over a grand. So it seems like they just got a quote and jack it up to make you think they’re assisting. pretty sad a 65k cars paint won’t last 3-4 years. Chevy has lost a customer. More
