Disappointed My service representative Sandra was great. The issue I have is the list of repairs I was given in my last visit that were not addressed and when I re My service representative Sandra was great. The issue I have is the list of repairs I was given in my last visit that were not addressed and when I received my inspection sheet everything was green. When I asked I was told my car was fine. So either my car fixed itself, or my inspection was pencil whipped and or completely ignored. This is actually a very disappointing issue because I use vehicle to transport my kids. Now it makes me second guess trusting your service department. More

Went over and above to accommodate me Juan helped me out with the service and was friendly and knowledgeable. Had a lot of add one so they had to keep my truck over night. They were still able to get it done same day but unfortunately I had already gone home but work was quick. Christian helped me out to give me a loaner. I wasn’t too excited to find out that I had to go to an outside rental agency to get a loaner but Christian pulled a real “good dude” move and was able to find me a loaner on the lot. He really went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciate the help and customer service from the dealership. I even was able to get a couple of awesome Chevy ball caps thrown in. Thank you for a great experience. More

Disappointed If it weren’t for Dario I probably would have left and gone back to jiffy lube for my service. I had a 7am appt and walked thru the doors 7min before If it weren’t for Dario I probably would have left and gone back to jiffy lube for my service. I had a 7am appt and walked thru the doors 7min before my appt and was immediately told “we are not open I can not help you.” I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to leave and wait outside until 7am. Dario stepped up and told me that he could help me. He was so friendly and helpful. My lease is up in 4 months and this was a deciding factor. I will not be returning to this dealership, will turn in my lease and go somewhere else. Just know a customer can get service at Jiffy lube (where I went for my previous oil change) and be in and out in 30min vs going here and I was waiting for 2 hours. More
