Quick and pleasant I decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated along with a request to check the transmission for slipping. It was Monday so the it was a busy day I decided to get my oil changed and tires rotated along with a request to check the transmission for slipping. It was Monday so the it was a busy day in the service drive although I was greeted quickly and I chose to wait for the services to be performed. Ray was my advisor and gave me a tip about my sound system I wasn’t aware of. Transmission was fine and my vehicle was ready sooner than expected! Will always use Mark Christopher. More

Coolant service Got call from advisor. I was certain she said they were replacing the coolant recovery tank as it was leaking. When I got the truck I asked again what Got call from advisor. I was certain she said they were replacing the coolant recovery tank as it was leaking. When I got the truck I asked again what was done. She said they replaced the cap and only topped off the coolant. Not a big deal but is second time. Bright truck in before to have fluid in transfer case changed. Got it back and transmission fluid had been changed which I did not want ( I was going to replace that with Allison approved fluid) You then replaced transfer fluid for free so I appreciated that More

Alison Transmission repaired efficiently I was recommended by Reynolds GMC Buick dealership in Covina, Ca. because they could not do the repair. My problem I had was with the Alison transmis I was recommended by Reynolds GMC Buick dealership in Covina, Ca. because they could not do the repair. My problem I had was with the Alison transmission. It shifted hard on a down shift between 50-70mph. Reynolds diagnosed that I needed a new transmission or it needs to be rebuilt. After 3 long weeks at Reynolds they did nothing to my transmission but talk. I then drove my truck to Mark Christopher service department in Ontario, Ca. and they repaired my Alison transmission in less than a day. They found two issues: 1. 2 quarts of fluid low 2. An upgrade software from GM that fixed the hard shifts. I totally recommend Mark Christopher for your servicing needs. Thanks a million Juan Fletes! Regards, Mark Galves More

My experience would have been better if GM wasn't on strike. Couldn't get my part and had to go elsewhere. I'm still waiting for GM to be off strike!!!
