Went in for my Malibu’s recall right away erik came to assist, he was very friendly an efficient, I told him I had to get my son from school an he did his best to get me out quickly he also explained ever assist, he was very friendly an efficient, I told him I had to get my son from school an he did his best to get me out quickly he also explained every detail about the recall, this was truly my best experience at a dealership, also the cashier Veronica was super nice and Professional made sure my wait was as comfortable as can be More

I was charged an extra $200 when I got to the cashier that I had to get taken off. When I got in my car there was a big metal bracket in the floor board that they told me they forgot to put back on. After having an above average experience in purchasing my truck six months ago I had a below average from the service department this past week. I had a 11 o’clock scheduled service appointment for three rec truck six months ago I had a below average from the service department this past week. I had a 11 o’clock scheduled service appointment for three recalls. At 3pm I called on a status update. After speaking to my service agent Ray I was informed my truck would not be ready until after 5pm. Sure enough I received a call at 5:15 that it was ready. I believe anything longer than 4 hours with an appointment for a software recall is unacceptable. To top things off I was informed at 5:15 that the dealership was not able to pick me up from home. Ray suffered from a complete lack of customer service. When checking out Ray noted my need for a ride home and secured a ride to take me home however at no point did he or the person taking home said the hours of operation were different then the service hours. Needless to say I was upset that my truck took all day but in addition I was going to be the weekend out my truck because the shuttle does not run on the weekend. I asked Ray is there anything u can do go get my my truck? He answered no not till Monday I simply hung up. In my experience another service department would have offer to have someone one the team pick me up or order a Uber to get me rather then leave me the weekend without a vehicle. The one positive thing the service department did came on Monday about an hour after I picked up my truck I received a text asking about service, “I reframed from exploding“ I explained my situation and received the following response, “please give us another try we can off a one hour guarantee at my next service appointment. Silver lining :-/ More
