Excellent Service, Reliable and efficient Because of the professionalism and outstanding customer service in the service department, this is the second vehicle we have leased through Mark Chri Because of the professionalism and outstanding customer service in the service department, this is the second vehicle we have leased through Mark Christopher Auto Center. The dealership is 36 miles, one way for us, but we take the drive because we feel so well taken care of there. Lease is up in 14 months and we’ll be back for another car! More
I brought my truck in for service on 1/10/20 and had a 9am appointment. I was told that there was a 3 hour wait time so I used the complimentary shuttle and was taken home. I got a call at 445 informing 9am appointment. I was told that there was a 3 hour wait time so I used the complimentary shuttle and was taken home. I got a call at 445 informing me that my truck was ready. When I picked it up the service employee did not print out a vehicle inspection checklist and I had to ask for one. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have all of my services performed here. This is the worst experience that I have had here. More
There was only one service advisor on Saturday morning, January 11,2020 and there was a long line for him to tend to. When it was my turn and before he completed the work order, I informed him that I had a January 11,2020 and there was a long line for him to tend to. He had the audacity to say “I don’t have time for this, it’s busy as you can see!” He was clearly flustered and decided to take it out on a customer. I don’t appreciate that. I paid a lot of money for my Cadillac Escalade and expect better service. The advisors name was Dario Gomez. Please address this with him because it is unacceptable. More
