Robert Khoury, the service staff, and the management at Mark Christopher Auto Center was a complete pleasure to work with despite what could have been a really bad service nightmare. Dealing with vehicle service can leave a customer to feel taken advantage of, but Robert and the management made every effort to do the right thing, EVERY TIME!. They always kept me in the loop in a rather screwed up situation (which was out of their control....had to do with the extended service contract) and I always felt they had my best interest foremost through the decision making process. This created trust and deep appreciation that they were on top of the situation which is rare and the VERY FIRST TIME i've ever felt that way dealing with a service department. I would wholeheartedly recommend their service (and sales Greg Hess and Edy Lopez) team and they have earned my customer loyalty for many years to come! More

Not satisfied at all !! I had a big issue of paint chipping on the side door and your representative told me this is common that the paint used is ECO friendly and water base.
