Mark Christopher Ontario is a good place for service. The service department are friendly. The mechanics do good work, so far. I dropped my truck off for service with a morning appointment and a check engine light. The check engine light was a very minor (book said 90 min fix) even after having my truck all day they did not appointment and a check engine light. The check engine light was a very minor (book said 90 min fix) even after having my truck all day they did not finish the job. I had previously explained I needed my truck for a trip the next morning. I asked how long it would take to fix the next day and they said no later then 1000. I asked if it was done sooner to please call me as I was still going to attempt the trip and I would be waiting for it. At 0900 I called for an updated and was told it was done and I could pick it up. After picking up the truck the oil life had not been reset making me question if the service was even done. More

This was my second visit to MC Chevy for oil service to my Corvette. The first visit was excellent; however, my second visit, and the reason I gave only three stars, is I asked for Mobil 1 oil instead of t my Corvette.
