Overall the service advisors are great but this overall service center seems slower than others. Mild inefficiencies. Ordering parts for the minor issues of a repair seem to take a while (GMC's fault) bu service center seems slower than others. Mild inefficiencies. Took my brand new (200 miles) Yukon Denali in for a repair for the rear window weather stripping coming off. They had to replace it. When I picked it up there was glue residue and greasy fingerprints o repair for the rear window weather stripping coming off. They had to replace it. When I picked it up there was glue residue and greasy fingerprints on the rear hatch and window. I had to spend time removing glue adhesive and other grime after getting it home. Very frustrating your service department treats a $90k like a junker. No respect or quality control. You should return cars to customers as you received them. More
