I purchased a used vehicle from Todd in late June. He allowed me to test drive it for a couple of days prior to purchase. Upon return I shared my concerns, he assured me it would be taken care of; thank allowed me to test drive it for a couple of days prior to purchase. Upon return I shared my concerns, he assured me it would be taken care of; thank goodness for the service department. First, I was treated with respect. My complaints were taken serious. Brandon took the time to give me updates on the progress Of my vehicle( my car proved to be a challenge). I was offered two loaners( VERY NICE, 2011 Silverado ). Upon learning of my planned vacation, Brandon offered me another loaner that was fuel efficent and family friendly (Fully-loaded Traverse). Of course it was pretty expensive to fill the tanks, so when I returned the loaners I was equally surprised to find my tank was completely full!!!!! I am appreciative to the Service Staff, especially Brandon. My car rode so smooth that it made me car sick! Thats a great thing!!!! I was a little aggravated with Todd regarding my rim but he was so darn nice and fast talking, that I might forgive him. my overall experience with all of the staff including those answering the phones has been favorable. I WILL recommend Mark Chevrolet to anyone i know that is interested in purchasing or repairing a vehicle. More
Amanda, the service representative, went out of her way to explain, communicate and resolve the problem(s) that I was having with my 2009 Malibu. I also did not have a ride home after dropping my vehicle off and the dealership had Franklin drive me home and pick me up (when my vehicle was ready). This is the second time I’ve used Monty and his team to fix my vehicles after unfortunate accidents. Each time I bring my vehicle back I am amazed by the ease of the process. I drop my car off and Monty fix my vehicles after unfortunate accidents. Each time I bring my vehicle back I am amazed by the ease of the process. I drop my car off and Monty worries about the rest. I’ve always received professional, friendly, and quick service. Unfortunately customer service is a dying concept to some people so when the body shop team goes beyond my expectations it’s that much more remarkable. My vehicle was completed six days prior to the promise date and delivered to my door. I was unable to leave work to pick the vehicle up so Monty drove it to me himself. Thank You Mark Chevrolet Body Shop team for making my fender benders as painless as possible. I will continue to recommend you to all my family and friends. More
My car is a Mitsubishi Eclipse 2011 - new. I found I had several scratches where my niece and nephew tried to help clear snow by shoveling! it off!! This morning, 4/11/11, I called Mark Chevrolet, in partic several scratches where my niece and nephew tried to help clear snow by shoveling! it off!! This morning, 4/11/11, I called Mark Chevrolet, in particular the Body Shop and asked if they could buff the scratches out. The gentleman I spoke to, Monty Wonnacott, said he was sure they could help, just bring my car in. Same day! So this afternoon I brought it in and Monty came out to check my scratches out. He indicated it would take a while, I said I was more than happy to wait. (and by the way, nice waiting room & they have wi-fi). I did not have to wait as long as I thought I would before Monty was back saying they were done. He walked me out to the car, we looked it over - and it is as beautiful as the day I bought it (my car is black, so the scratches really showed up). I can't say enough about the friendliness, the quality of service and truly how great and understanding Monty was! Would I recommend Mark Chevrolet? You BET I would. Thank You!! More
