Lucendia, as mentioned to you before, you did not even allow us to inspect your vehicle. You were told it might not be covered under warranty but we would do EVERYTHING in our power to help you but we need to inspect and diagnose the exact problem. You would NOT allow us to inspect your vehicle and only wanted GM's phone number. We can't help if you don't allow us to try. It's very confusing as to how you can say these VERY UNTRUE things about our dealership when you would not even allow us to try and help you. GM makes the decision if they will cover something that is recently out of warranty. A lot of time they will cover something out of 'good will.' We are the middle men trying to make each customer happy. We're very sorry that you took this approach as we most definitely could have resolved the problem.

We apologize for your experience and want to express our sincere apologies. We have tried to reach out to you to resolve the problem but have not received anything back from you. These recalls have been trying to say the least. Our goal is for each and every customer to be 100% satisfied with the entire visit at our store. We do make mistakes as we are only human and can only ask for your understanding in this matter. We obviously did not realize that your aftermarket remote was not working, or we would not have let you know your car was complete.

Thank you for your follow-up. I appreciate you taking the time to publicly post that you "tried to reach out". I have resolved this problem by sending the private messages from your dealership to General Motors corporate team. Within 45 minutes of my contact, a plan was made for my car and it was handled at a different dealership. The remote starter works fine now, and I appreciated the e-mail that I received from the CEO of GM. Your services are no longer needed - nor your free gas or detail that was offered to have me remove the rating that I put up. One more thing - after I made the gentlemen at Mark Chevrolet aware that my remote starter wasn't working, I wonder why it wasn't fixed then? If, as you say in your response "we would not have let you know your car was complete". I was told you couldn't touch an after-market starter - so I'm curious as to what you might have done. Have a great day!

Jessann713, as I mentioned before, we would never knowingly give your car back to you not working properly. If we would have known the starter was not working due to us fixing the issue then we would have had one of our aftermarket vendors fix it. We do not typically deal with aftermarket items. As far as the gas and detail, that was the least that I could do to at least make up for your experience. That offer still stands. Again, I'm truly sorry for the experience you had.
