Don't Go Here for Service!! I bought a Chevy Cruze 2016 here in February 2018. On August 6th I brought it in for service as there seemed to be an issue with the water pump leakin I bought a Chevy Cruze 2016 here in February 2018. On August 6th I brought it in for service as there seemed to be an issue with the water pump leaking. Asked the Service Consultant (Dan Weiss) to call me the next day as I didn't hear back the whole day (6th). He never called me back the following day. I inquired at noon on the 7th the status of my car and was as told, "I have a guy looking at in right now." Was very skeptical of this so I called back at 2 pm and was told, " We haven't had a chance to look at it." You won't get anything done unless you file a complaint. More
