I have bought three cars from enzo. I would never go any where else. To of the cars i bought had minor problems. Enzo was right there to help fix the problems. He may be a little slow. Had scuff marks on rear bumper cover. Monte determined that they could be rubbed out. So, that's what he arranged to have done while I waited. A short time later, my vehicle was returned to me looking great. To my surprise, Monte told me that there would be no charge for rubbing out the scuff marks. What a pleasant surprise! Work that other dealerships and/or body shops would have charged, Monte performed at no cost. For all the great customer service I've received at Mark Chevrolet will definitely be returning again!! Mark Chevrolet body shop did excellent work on my Avalanche. The entire process from estimate to working with my insurance company to parts ordering to repair scheduling and vehicle pick up was exce Avalanche. The Service manager even took care of a few minor scratches while the truck was in the shop at no extra cost. I received my truck back washed and ready to go when I arrived. I purchased my truck from Mark and will continue to take my truck for service and would recommend them for any body work / detailing requirement or general service. No complaints. More

I was in the market for a Chevy truck and Mark Chevrolet started out to be my first choice. My sales person Josh Berger and I hit it off very well in getting to know each other. Josh Berger made the delivery of my truck in a timely fashion and went over all important items new and old as well setting up ONSTAR.After a week or so he called me and thanked me again and asked how everything was going with the truck.I was very impressed by the treatment and sincerity of it all that my wife decided she wanted a Impala, so off to Mark Chevrolet we went to do it all over. Brought my 2002 Chevy S10 Crewcab in because of a rust spot less than the size of a credit card. It wasn't terrible but the truck has low mileage (approx. 70,400). He looked at it last week. I purchased a used vehicle from Todd in late June. He allowed me to test drive it for a couple of days prior to purchase. Upon return I shared my concerns, he assured me it would be taken care of; thank allowed me to test drive it for a couple of days prior to purchase. Upon return I shared my concerns, he assured me it would be taken care of; thank goodness for the service department. First, I was treated with respect. My complaints were taken serious. Brandon took the time to give me updates on the progress Of my vehicle( my car proved to be a challenge). I was offered two loaners( VERY NICE, 2011 Silverado ). Upon learning of my planned vacation, Brandon offered me another loaner that was fuel efficent and family friendly (Fully-loaded Traverse). Of course it was pretty expensive to fill the tanks, so when I returned the loaners I was equally surprised to find my tank was completely full!!!!! I am appreciative to the Service Staff, especially Brandon. My car rode so smooth that it made me car sick! Thats a great thing!!!! I was a little aggravated with Todd regarding my rim but he was so darn nice and fast talking, that I might forgive him. my overall experience with all of the staff including those answering the phones has been favorable. I WILL recommend Mark Chevrolet to anyone i know that is interested in purchasing or repairing a vehicle. More
