I took my car in to figure out why it wasn't starting, and it took them a whole day to figure it out. I had to call the center twice, for updates because no one called me as was promised. The very next day, I was called about what the issue was, and that it would take about 2 hours to complete. I didn't get a callback until 4 hours later, and that was to tell me that the part wasn't there yet. So, at this point I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with a service manager by the name of Rick, and he wasn't helpful at all. He actually sided with the service girl. So, I called back and wanted to speak with the General Manager, his name is Chris Cabana. He was the worst of all, he was very condescending. After, I explained my displeasure with my experience there, he asked me about trading in my car and getting a new one with them. I told him, I don't plan to ever come back his exact words were "why not, you don't like us". I swear to you, at that phone I wanted to scream. I called again and spoke with the receptionist, and said I have spoken with a service manager and the GM, and this is by far the worst experience ever. She gave me to another person, who sold himself as a manager, when in fact I later found out he is a service guy. However, he was the most helpful of everyone I encountered, and that's not saying much. I told him him that Chris Cabana was a condescending xxxxxxx over thr phone, and that I would not ever come back to this dealership for service, or to buy a vehicle. After much back and forth he was able to knock of $40.00 off a bill that equaled $340.00. I was so disgusted with that place, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Their are many other dealerships in the area that have better service. The only reason I went was because they had GM parts, and I read some decent reviews on goggle. It was by far the worst customer service, I've ever experienced. Please look else where to get your vehicled service, or if you are looking to purchase a used or new one. More

I brought my Chevrolet Impala into Mark Chevrolet for rust issues a few weeks ago and met with "Charles" from the body shop who inspected my car and advised that he should have Jim Evans (service center rust issues a few weeks ago and met with "Charles" from the body shop who inspected my car and advised that he should have Jim Evans (service center mgr.) take a look at my car. Mr. Evans and Charles looked my car over and then we discussed what they could do for me regarding the rust issue on my car. Much to my surprise Mr. Evans provided me with a very acceptable resolution regarding the cost of repair which I quickly agreed to. I was then handed over to Bob Wozniak (Mgr. body shop) and the repair was quickly scheduled and completed. I do not normally comment on customer service issues, but felt that the courteous and professional manner in which my issue was resolved thoroughly impressed me. Needless to say, when it comes time for my wife to get rid of her Ford, we will be visiting Mark Chevrolet for a replacement. More
I bought a Chevrolet Malibu from Mark Chevrolet. Trish Hampton was the sales person. This was a very pleasant car buying experience for me. Just moved from Clinton township to Canton, and this was the closest Chevy dealer to my home. I previously went to Moran Chevrolet for all of my service, but of course that's too far. I came in for an oil change at 9 am, I also asked the service man to check on two problems that I was told I previously had. It took 2 hours for the oil change and was never told about what I inquired about, as a matter of fact, they weren't even listed as recommendations. Also, the oil change is kind of high. More
I have dealt with Mark Chevrolet several times. This being the first inexcusable visit. I came in with my brake lights not working. It had taken over an hour to tell me what was wrong. They told me it was the circuit board that shorted, that caused the bulbs to blow,to blow a fuse. That I needed it all that replaced, costing over $160. I declined the service and did it myself. Only one of the three bulbs were blown, also the bulb was broken into the board which could have been my only problem. I will never know this because when I looked at my circuit board 2 of the 5 prongs were broken off, so of course now I needed it replaced. The prongs were not it in the the other half of the wire harness, so it is strange that they would just disappear. So after doing it myself and only spending $32, I feel that the service dept was not honest with me and was charging me way to much. More

I personally dealt with Mike Kitts at Mark Chevrolet and have to say that we was the friendliest, most accomodating sales rep that I have ever dealt with. Right away he gave me better pricing and more information over the phone than anyone else and was more than willing to assist before even stepping foot in the dealership. Every thing ran smoothly from beginning to end, the vehicle we spoke of was waiting for me right outside to test drive. What I appreciate most about Mike was his honesty to offer me the best price right from the beginning. (I know because I was on the phone with other dealerships at the same time who admitted that they couldn't beat their price.) If you're looking for honest dealers who truly have your best interest at heart, Mike Kitts at Mark Chevrolet is THE only place and only person I'll deal with. I was discouraged after working with a previous dealership who wouldn't ever return my calls with knowing interest I was looking to purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership I wasn't approached by your typical "salesman" in a button up shirt who was up to pressing buying the first vehicle I looked at. I was approached by a friendly smiley face who was willing to let me look around without being hassled and was available when I wanted to try out various vehicles. I got follow up calls, amazing customer service (even after purchasing the vehicle), and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone truly looking for a great experience in purchasing a vehicle.
