Now we all talk about management and how they set the mood and create culture for the employees. .. Casey did just that. He embodies what a Manager should be. He walks in faith is honest and overall a good person to do business with. I worked with Sean a young man who was more interested in keeping me in my budget than selling me a suv. That day I traded in my Sonic and purchased a Terrain, 2012 that is well within my hudget, low low miles, extremely clean and still under warrenty. Jason, that financial wizard, can't forget about him making those numbers work and again NO Pressure just facts he kept me where I needed to be. The whole darn experience was GREAT! Great Service today Today was my 1st time at Mark Chevrolet. I had to bring my vehicle in for recall work and an oil change. Making the appointment was easy and they we Today was my 1st time at Mark Chevrolet. I had to bring my vehicle in for recall work and an oil change. Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me in within 2 days of my call. The staff this morning was very friendly. I was told to expect about 2.5 hours for the recall work. With adding in the oil change I was there 3 hours. Exactly what I expected. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the coffee was always on hand..Thank you for that! I will return for any service needed and am actually looking at trading in the car and purchasing. More
