Dishonest dealing They took a deposit from me for a vehicle they said they would hold for 48 hrs so I could travel the 3.5 hrs to the dealership. The contact I had with the salesman said there were other interested buyers and wanted to know if I was still interested. I told him we were in the ballpark with money and that we would be there either Saturday or Monday which he had told me previously, and reiterated again, was fine. We had tried to show up on a Friday, but as a school teacher I wasn't able to get a sub for my class and couldn't take the day off. The salesman knew this and had told me we were good. After we were able to find someone to take one of our children to their activity on Saturday morning, which we weren't able to do until late Friday night, we left to buy the vehicle only to find out 45 minutes away they had sold it out from underneath us the night before without any contact. All the salesman could say was "I'm sorry." The used car manager wasn't available at the time, but contacted me with noting more initially than another I'm sorry and 48 hr holds are not his policy, even though that is what the salesman had told me when they took my deposit. I was informed that the vehicle was gone and they couldn't just produce another one. I was also told, "This wasn't done of purpose." Well, it was. It was intentionally released and sold with a deposit on it without any contact to us that this was happening. That is on purpose. Basically I was out of luck. After sharing my thoughts he said he'd have to look into the matter and talk with his general manager. He was supposedly looking for another vehicle. I informed him it would need to be like options, millage and price. I have just never in my life been a part of any business deal with a company that was handled so poorly and dishonestly. I would strongly caution anyone who is potentially doing business with this company to verify anything they are told with a sales manager to make sure they are not being left hanging out to dry. edit: Since then the used car manager has stepped in and taken over for the salesman. Rick has been helpful and seems to be very genuine. He is looking for a replacement Suburban. I hope he is able to find one and continues to look, but this is a vehicle that I looked for over a year to find exactly what we wanted. I am not holding out much hope though. More

0 stars for the repair service 3 weeks later and the place still has my truck. Took it in to have the rear suspension worked on and have been getting the run around since. They di 3 weeks later and the place still has my truck. Took it in to have the rear suspension worked on and have been getting the run around since. They diagnosed the lines and airbags on both sides were leaking and changed out those parts after 2 weeks at roughly 800 dollars. They called me back after they replaced those parts and told me it was my compressor was now bad and that was another 750 dollars to replace. 3 weeks later the new air bags they installed were also leaking and needed to be ordered and replaced, now this is 3 weeks later. There's more to this story but way to long. I was once important but now that I complained about the time they've had my truck and the poor diagnosising they do with the extra costs I've been put on the back burner. I was suppose to pick up my truck today but but now the new suspension airbag they replaced has a hole in it i guess, from sitting around their dealership to long and something about a hoist, who knows, this is what i was basically told. and will have to wait for another one to be ordered and repaired. 3, 4 weeks this is just unacceptable. Don't complain because once you do, you are nothing to them. They must feel if your already upset then who cares. More

I would like to thank them both for making a menace for my earlier experience. More

Had an appointment to look at new Tahoe's I went to the dealership at my scheduled appointment day and time to look at a new Tahoe. I sat down with Ben and started talking about the vehicles. I went to the dealership at my scheduled appointment day and time to look at a new Tahoe. I sat down with Ben and started talking about the vehicles. He left and walked around and came back and informed me that the vehicles I wanted to look at were sold out. He thanked me for coming in and sent me on my way. I can't believe that he didn't call to let me know that the vehicles were sold out and he didn't ask to show me any other vehicles? Needless to say I will NEVER waste my time with Mark Chevrolet again! More
